I've made some knit skirts that are super comfy for summer and great for throwing on over a swimsuit....

We should get together one weekend and really go to town on our knits ... I have several plain colors that we could mix with them ... plus I have a tote of ribbing. Right now, about all I can think of is shirts or jammies for boys ... but I know there has to be much more creative uses. I shy away from horizontal strips for me ... for obvious reasons.

First thing I thought was skirts! With lots of cute ruffly layers. I'll try to find a picture of what I'm thinking for you. Great find! So fun!!!

My mom used to make tshirts for my dad out of fabric like that.

Other than that I have no good ideas for you.
